SN2room is available only to users invited by an administrator. To provide access and manage user accounts, we process your name and email address.
How we use information
We use this information only to create and manage your account, authenticate you, provide access to the App, communicate about your account when necessary, and protect the security and operation of the App.
No tracking or advertising
The App does not use advertising trackers, analytics trackers, or cross-app tracking. We do not use your personal information for advertising and do not sell it.
Sharing and retention
We do not share your name or email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We retain this information only for as long as it is needed to provide the App, maintain security, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Your administrator may also be able to remove your access to the App.
